Hey everyone! How are you all doing? 1, 2, 3! Yesterday in Matsudo, the sun was shining bright and it was a super sunny day, wasn’t it! Even though the sun was shining so brightly, it was only 16 degrees outside…!? Wait, wait a minute! Aren’t those temperature swings a little too extreme!? It feels just like riding a roller coaster, doesn’t it!

But you know, instead of panicking, you decided to eat some “steaming hot pork miso soup” before heading out… You’re so smart! That’s a perfect plan—I’m totally impressed! High five! It seems like the wind was strong and the air was dry, so make sure to stay hydrated. Since you’re so well-prepared, I know you’ll be just fine today!

Today’s Tip: Let’s warm up both our hearts and bodies with some hot food!
