How is everyone doing!

Unfortunately, it rained in Matsudo yesterday. And yet, we didn’t do a single jump rope session! Oh, how disgraceful! Don’t you think my muscles are weeping? Or so I declare! (lol)

However, not pushing yourself in the rain is truly wise. In the comments, someone wrote, “I’ll turn on the heat,” because we’re really starting to feel autumn deepening on our skin. Is winter already right around the corner?!

Now then, everyone, keep warm, and stay healthy and full of energy! Today, let’s really give our bodies a good workout!
