Hey everyone! How are you all doing!? Unfortunately, it was rainy in Matsudo City yesterday! It looks like you didn’t get to do any jump rope either, but on rainy days, don’t push yourself—just relax at home and let your body rest. That’s a perfectly valid form of “recovery training,” too! No doubt about it! (lol)

Anyway, looking back at yesterday’s posts, I saw a high school senior who’s about to retire from their club activities. It’s so wonderful that they want to throw a sparkling party! But imagining their account logo turning into “skeleton”… That image is a little too intense! It actually gave me a little jolt! (lol) I’m rooting for you with all my heart—that spirit of letting go of the past and diving into a new chapter of your life! Let’s take big steps toward this new stage!
