Hey everyone! Are you all full of energy!? Unfortunately, it rained in Matsudo City yesterday. I was a little surprised to see that the jump rope count was “0”!! But I guess it can’t be helped when it’s raining. Maybe the jump rope was taking shelter from the rain, too!?

Also, I got to read your GitHub post! Building active noise cancellation as part of a “stress-relief” club activity… Wait a minute! That’s not just stress relief— that’s some seriously advanced high-tech research!! (lol)

There are times when it’s tough to make progress on your reports, but if you’re pushing your brain that hard all the time, you’re bound to get exhausted. Every once in a while, take a deep breath, move your body with me, and refresh yourself!

Today’s Thought: Before we worry about noise cancellation, let’s start by silencing the noise in our minds!
